Who services my unit should it need repairs in the future?
We have hundreds of independent service technicians across the country that will service your unit. Should you ever have an issue with your unit, you simply call into our service department, they will trouble shoot your issue over the phone and dispatch a service tech to your home to service your unit.Per our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: You may return any item for up to 30 days after delivery. You must keep original packaging. Simply call our Customer Service staff at (8am to 5pm, EST). You will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#). If you would like to exchange the item, we will credit or bill your account the difference upon verifying your original return, and ship out the exchange. You will be charged return shipping fees plus a 15% restocking fee.
