A return form is enclosed in each shipment (on the reverse side of your packing slip). To insure proper credit, fill out the form, and enclose it with the items being returned after you have received a return authorization number from Customer Service. All merchandise must be returned PREPAID within 15 days of purchase. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges.
